Risk Score

Risk scores are calculated based on the information in the input data sheets and risk data collected by Level Planner.

How the Risk Score Is Calculated

The risk score is calculated by multiplying the aggregated regional risk values for the locations used by the supply chain network by the weight specified in the input data. Risk types with no weight specified are calculated with a weight of 1.

$$\text{Risk Score}=\text{Aggregated regional risk value}\times \text{Weight}$$

The aggregated regional risk value falls in the range of 0 to 10.
