Introduction

Level Planner is a supply chain network design optimization platform. Using a mathematical optimization engine, it automatically optimizes supply chain networks from the perspective of cost minimization and profit maximization.

Level Planner has three modules, selectable from the left sidebar:

  • Network Optimization — optimize the network design and flows for cost or profit
  • Inventory Optimization — compute the optimal safety stock to hold across the network
  • Replenishment — forecast demand and simulate replenishment policies over time

Basic Workflow

  1. Upload Data — Import facilities, demand, cost, and other data via Excel files
  2. Run Optimization — Click the Run button to execute optimization (cost minimization or profit maximization)
  3. Review Results — Analyze results across the Analytics, Maps, and Results screens
